Un pueblo en medio de las montañas de Colombia, un bosque antes habitado por mariposas azules, ahora un bosque y un pueblo de pájaros. Pájaros que no solo hacen parte de la vida diaria, pájaros que dictan la actuación y determinan el futuro de los habitantes con quienes comparten el pueblo. Hubo antes una guerra que acabó con las mariposas; ahora, llega hasta el pueblo lo peor de otra guerra y nuevamente la naturaleza, esta vez representada por los pájaros, lleva la peor parte y a la vez representa la salvación.
